Regardless of weather, for us, March brings a St. Patrick's Day feast.
No, we are not Irish. Yet many years ago my son declared that corned beef, cabbage, red potatoes and carrots make up his FAVORITE meal of the whole year. So once a year we become Irish!
This year my sister in law and family will be joining us to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.
