Food Review; Veggies

Made a fettuccine Alfredo last night.  Packed it with veggies.  You know, to counter the half a stick of butter I used for making the cream.  It had onions in it, yellow summer squash, broccoli and zucchini.  The last two ingredients came from my Thrive home store supply.  I call it my home store because it is fast becoming exactly that.  Rather than a store run for zucchini, I just run downstairs.  WINNING.
I had seconds.... and thirds.  To be fair, I normally have second and thirds.  My fettuccine is one of my comfort foods.  That and anything potato.  I'm from Idaho, it's in my blood.  I'm like the white, female, potato version of Bubba from Forest Gump.  Fried potatoes, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, twice baked, hash browns, scalloped......

I had planned on taking a picture for you, but I never put my fork down long enough to operate a camera.  I'm not sure what qualifies you as an expert food reviewer - culinary school?  well then I'm out, but if it's based on the amount of food you have consumed in your lifetime then I'm surely an expert.  And coming from an expert - the freeze dried veggies that I have tried get an A.  The taste is just like fresh, I promise.  I would like it if the broccoli came in more whole floret form, rather than broccoli cuts, but overall I was really impressed.  This definitely doesn't taste like "emergency" food.   I'm pretty pumped about no salt or preservatives like canned veggies.  No freezer burn.  And no rotting to mush in the bottom of your crisper because you forgot about them.  Or is that just me?
